NTT opened its doors in 1995 with the sole mission of professionalizing broadcasting of government meetings and proceedings. By providing cities, counties, and regional agencies with seamless and fully managed broadcasting services, government has retained their human and financial resources to do what it does best; govern.

N T T Team

Account Management

The account management team works directly with each government client to review client objectives, maintain quality communication with client, address any contract related issues, and provide timely invoices to clients. Listening to our clients is a key component of our success. The needs of government can change and evolve over time. NTT understands this dynamic and is always listening.

This team is responsible for scheduling all NTT closed captioning assignments and working directly with the captioners to ensure they have what they need to provide the best possible captioning. Prior to every captioning assignment, this team provides captioners with meeting agenda documents, speaker names, and other text information that supports NTT’s captioning accuracy level of 99.8%

Meeting Transcript Production

It is not uncommon for a government meeting transcript to be over 200 pages in length. Despite this, NTT’s verbatim meeting transcript is delivered to clients via email, shortly after the meeting concludes. The value of a typed, easy to read and follow meeting transcript has been called invaluable by internal and external members of government.
