NTT opened its doors in 1995 with the sole mission of professionalizing broadcasting of government meetings and proceedings. By providing cities, counties, and regional agencies with seamless and fully managed broadcasting services, our government clients retain their human and financial resources to do what they do best; govern.

Broadcast Producers -

 
NTT regional broadcast producers are responsible for the success of our core solutions of broadcasting government meetings and proceedings to tv and the Internet.

Regional Broadcast Producers have broad responsibilities for the success of all NTT services provided to each government client, regardless of geographic location. They are responsible for ensuring the success of NTT’s core solutions of broadcasting to tv and Internet. Quality control at this level requires meticulous preparation and technical execution, all monitored and implemented by the Regional Broadcast Producers. Each Broadcast Producer is a seasoned veteran of broadcasting government meetings. Required expertise includes: control room technology, broadcast distribution, streaming video, real-time captioning, language translation, and the production of verbatim meeting transcripts. This is an award winning team that have earned national government video awards for government content and deployed technology. Their mission is to provide the best government broadcast possible for each of our clients, week after week.


Control Room Operators -

 
NTT Control room operators- are responsible for controlling cameras, on-screen graphics, and the directing (switching) from camera view to camera view

Control Room Operators are responsible for the video production of broadcasting government meetings including: controlling cameras, integrating on-screen graphics, directing (switching) cameras from one to the other. Optional layers of meeting transparency are integrated by this team into the meeting broadcast including: captioning, language translation and meeting transcripts.

Caption Specialists -

Captioners work directly with the NTT regional broadcast producers and NTT control room operators to ensure the best possible real-time captioning.

Closed Caption & Language Translation Specialists - Work directly with the NTT regional broadcast producers and NTT control room operators to ensure the best possible real-time captioning. Prior to every captioned government meeting or proceeding, NTT captioners review meeting agenda documents, speaker names, and other text information that supports NTT’s captioning accuracy level of 99.8%

The transcript team includes transcribers, proof readers, and format production specialists.
